I LOVE that Asian supermarkets throw up affordable gems like this. If you go thtem in Waitrose, they’d probably be £1.99 each. I love the combo with mango and baby cucumbers too – where did you find those btw? It’s so gratifying to find people that make salads interesting, not just the same old tomato-pepper-lettuce combo.

I LOVE baby octopus; they work so well on barbeques and I often do them in a Thai style too. Lovely looking dish.
