LOL - wish I could see the picture of the perfectly in focus flat and you, the spinning dough dervish in the middle :) All the pizzas look amazing, but the first one is my winner too - fantastic! I would have crumbled some feta on the butternut one, but that could be my pesonal quirk!

Love love love the broccoli and anchovy one - very clever! It's a great combo on pasta, who would've thought it would translate so well to a pizza? You're a trendsetter Miss Helen.

Lol! Great. Whilst studying I was a cook in an Italian restaurant focussed on pizzas. I tried everything - incl. the breakfast pizza and using baked beans instead of tomato sauce. A heart attack on a plate, we couldn't finish it. I love butternut squash, spinach and goat's cheese pizzas for this time of year. And I am, oh so familiar with that cold frmentation process. It was the bane of my life for 6 months!

Well, I for one, am glad you decided to do this challenge. It was a fun post to read. Your pizzas look amazing. I was wondering if I was the only one to put an egg on a pizza, and obviously I am not! Although, I didn't do one for this challenge. Well done, indeed.

I'm in love with the English breakfast pizza! It's beautiful and perfect. I think it would be great with a little Branston pickle.
