Susan – Yes, it is wonderfully nutty and the texture is so satisfying!
Kate – I know exactly what you mean. Although I am ‘against’ using plastic bags, I often forget to take my own with me and I then feel guilty afterwards!
Ari – I know you are always so busy, I hope you make time to try the salad.
Jaden -did that idea come to fruition?!

This farro salad looks so delicious! I want to make it and take some to work this week.

I also go into a trance-like state at the market – I’m lucky that the same thing happens to my hubby, lol.

Btw – I posted the mulled cider recipe, sorry it took me so long! My life has been INSANE lately. But things will come down come the end of the semester, whew.
